Ordered a cotton candy rental for our wedding over 6 months before our event. We let them know what time we needed the rental by and the day of the event we couldn't get ahold of anyone and they ended up pulling up to the wedding venue AS THE VOWS WERE BEING SAID OUTSIDE, 3 hours late.
They ended up refunding me, because we weren't able to use the rental since the venue had already been set up and guests were already there.

One if the worst places to deal with !!! They booked a oarty for us then w weeks went buy and wrote us an email saying they cant come through do to staffing (we dont need staffing) long story short our doughters first birthday is going to be alot less fun! The really left us high an dry !!! The worst part is the manager wouldn't even talk to us or call us back !! I would recommend you stay very very far away from using this play.!!!! Our doughts first birthday will be ruined!!!!!
