Vernon Photography, Inc. is a family owned business. We (Charlie and Angie Vernon) have had a lifelong passion for photography. We met while earning degrees at the Southeast Center for Photographic Studies at Daytona State College in 1983. We joined forces in 1985, had a new baby, purchased a house, decided to quit our jobs and start a new company.
We're a local, family owned photography company that's been serving Pinellas County for 30 years. We specialize in high quality photography and excellent customer service! And, proudly provide photography for schools, high school seniors, sports leagues and dance schools. We are always looking for outgoing, friendly people to join our growing team.
Vernon Photography has consistently been a provider of high quality school photos and portraits to private and now public schools in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. We take our time to interact in a positive way with your students and work hard to create beautiful portraits with genuine smiles and comfortable poses.

Vernon Photography has become an established name in youth sports photography to leagues in and around Clearwater, St Petersburg, Largo, Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor, Tampa and Brandon. Vernon Photography has been providing high school senior portraits in St Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole, Largo and Pinellas for over 15 years! With a strong background in classical portraiture and an ever evolving push into some of the most contemporary and popular portrait styles available today, we are bound to create images both the senior and their parents will love!

I have 2 daughters in school that have their pictures taken by Vernon every year. I love the quality of the pictures and the ease at which they send you the digital copies ( via text and email) This year I was diagnosed stage IV cancer a few days before picture day and while I did remember to dress them up I forgot to include a check. I thought no big deal I'll just order them online. I of course forgot again and was unable to select them after 7 days online. I had feared I had missed my window to order them. I sent them an email asking if there was any way I could still order and explained why

They are great and my kid picture turned out cute. For some reason they were a lot cheaper then my son's other school picture. I think Dunedin Elementary School need to switch over to Vernon. I got all my son's picture for around $37 my son's pictures at Dunedin Elementary was I believe $55 they do have other packages but I wanted everything and I got everything cheaper here for my other son's school. At Dunedin I can only afford one picture and it cost me $22 for one very sad indeed. Thank you for making it affordable for me to get my son's school picture in his new school at Plato academy. I

Vernon Photography is definitely a top school photography company - the quality of lighting and posing is beautiful in my daughter's school photo! Every other parent I have spoken with at our school says the same thing, that they are the best school photos they have gotten of their children. As a parent that has experienced other 'big' school photography companies over the years, I just have to say, we are so lucky to have Vernon in the Tampa Bay area!

Vernon does the photography for all of Clearwater Little League baseball teams. This is the second year that we've been with the league and we were less than impressed last year and this year was the problem wasn't the picture taking, but an incident that occurred after the pictures. In short, they had technical difficulties with their credit card machine at our fields where the pictures were taken. The two representatives Megan and Sam had no idea what to do other than whack the machine. They found an old square insert but because they had brand new iPhones, it wasn't compatible with their phones

I received my son's football pictures and it did not have the information it was supposed to have on the back such as stats, height, weight, position, etc. I contacted Vernon Photography and informed them of the mishap anticipating a hassle to get the new pictures of what I ordered. Well I was pleasantly surprised! Trish who returned my call looked into my order, apologized for the mishap and said she would send a new packet of pictures without any hassle and I should receive them within 2 weeks. That is what I call a customer Experience! Kudos Vernon Photography!

I recieved my portraits almost 2 months late and when I received them, they had puncture wounds in the 8x10 and each of the other sheets. When we spoke to discuss my concerns, she attempted to deflect and blame the postal service instead of taking ownership and listen to feedback. I wasn't looking for reprints, I just wanted to express my frustration and dissapointment and maybe offer a solution to avoid this from happening in the future. However, the lady was more interested in providing their resume and how long they have been in business, rather than actually listening. I really hope in the
