I have professionally been helping people look their best since 1975. I was State Certified for Permanent Makeup application in 2000, and I am highly experienced in Permanent Makeup design and color theory. Every year I am re-certified in environmental safety so I can be compliant with Health Care and City ordinances and make sure you are well taken care of.
I provide excellent before and after care and give you my cell phone number so you can reach me personally. I have several portfolios at my salon including ones specific to African Americans, Men, and Areola Restoration. I provide a complementary consultation to answer all of your questions on the phone.

Cathy is a beautiful woman inside and out. Just meeting her makes you feel relaxed and at ease knowing she’s an expert in her field is great. She explains everything so clearly that you feel extremely comfortable to be under her hands. I went in to have the Permanent Eyeliner procedure done and I didn’t feel nervous at all!! I have a disability that makes it extremely hard for me to do my makeup and mainly difficult to do the eyeliner which EVERY girl loves having. Anyways, Cathy did an AWESOME job!!

After drawing on my own eyebrows for 30 years, I finally had my eyebrows tattooed by Cathy! I could not be happier with the outcome. I let Cathy decide on the color, since she was the professional, and she nailed it. The color was perfect. Thank you Cathy, it was the best decision I could have made!

I'm thrilled with my brows, Cathy does such beautiful work. She's very knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. She understands color theory, especially when it comes to doing brows on African American clients. I highly recommend her, and I'm even bringing my mom to see Cathy to have her eyebrows done. I'm a Licensed Esthetician so I wouldn't just let anyone touch my eyebrows. I did my research, and I'm so thankful I found Cathy.

So far, so good! I couldn’t be happier with my new eyeliner and hair stroke brows! *I had my eyeliner done elsewhere 24 years ago - and never had them touched up, so a “touch up” was long overdue. Went more glamorous this time around, too!
Cathy was very professional, provided pre-procedure suggestions, and explained post-procedure care very thoroughly. The numbing solution she used for my eyeliner worked very well. There was no “pain” in the process. (so those of you who may be afraid, DON’T BE!) Cathy reapplied the numbing ointment several times during the procedure, as well.

Can't really say what her quality of work is like, I couldn't get over how rude she was to me on the initial interview. What did I find rude ?
Cathy said I had an odor and I could not have her service performed unless I showered, wash my hair and brushed my teeth on appointment day.
For the record I am not a smelly person, just ask her competitor Romona
who did an excellent job on my eyeliners and brows and now regularly cuts my hair as well.
