Another great experience with Eikers!! This is the second time passing through Greencastle Pa when I have needed their assistance, and both times the came through for me big time. On both occasions the team at Eikers got me in quickly and took excellent care of both of my vehicles. Today I brought my wife’s vehicle in for a problem we’d been having, for some time, with the front end. I was told by other mechanics it was going to cost over $500. Although they had already ordered the part I was told it needed, they quickly diagnosed the real issue and it was something much less serious and ultimately

We took tire in to be checked because always going flat we thought Honda's are known for rim causing a leak. Tried looking into possible solutions on internet.
Mr. Eiker didn't find a problem
Paid $20 to what thought was problem solved
Was low again a week later took it too a tire place n he found it had a plug solved problem hopefully. Mr. Eiker was a nice Christian man
If he didn't know if a plug was there would have looked for it!

This place is great. The people are very friendly, and they are transparent about issues with you car. I don't feel like I'm getting sold all this extra work I don't need, which is hard to find. I came to get my inspection and an oil change, and my engine light came on right before showing up. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem in the time I had planned to keep me car there. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend.

A trusted friend recommended this place for their air conditioner service so I brought my daughter's car in. Seems like they did a fine job because that A/C blew COLD the whole way home. Given those results, the cost of the service itself seemed reasonable. HOWEVER! They also charged me over $56 to replace the cabin air filter without asking me, which is WAY more than I would have EVER paid for that service ($41 for a filter? Really?). I called later to complain that they'd gouged me on that service because good quality filters are readily available for less than half that price. They offered to

They took my car in with good timing and had it ready the same day. I just wanted a glance over since my car was making some noises. They filled my steering fluid tank and said there weren't any problems with my car. At least in Arizona, they would diagnose me and charge me just for the fluid fill (taxes and small service fee)...of course unless it were a formal inspection or they had to take apart parts. This may just be PA, but the service charges were much overpriced. ($50 for fluid and half hour of checking like fluids). It is a smaller, more local shop so I felt a little more eased to pay
