The Niido building in Nashville is promised a lot to residents who intended to home share on AirBnb. The “ concierge “ service was terminated, as were the bicycles, the free lounge areas. The management of the building is in turmoil. There are numerous vacancies, which at least reduced the noise levels.

Stay away from any project Newgard and Menin Group market and develop. The promise of the brochure, website, sales pitch and most importantly the floor plan you are given when you sign the P&S - misrepresents what they will deliver. Fact - the floor plan we (and others) were given at our P&S and expected to see at our walk thru - was completely changed.
What you’re promised - isn’t what you get!
They ask for top dollar but don’t deliver top quality. Examples - building faces south; they installed low end windows that are not tinted and have poor UV protection grade. Floor tile; cheap porcelain

You guys are a joke. Stealing people money. Scamming them with high water bill prices. You guys own Domain apartments in Kissimmee, and ever since you guys took over our water bill has increase $25 or more per residents and why? Stealing our money in such a way so you guys can do your construction and renovation. Our amenities has been closed for over three months, but here we are paying full rent that includes amenities we don’t use, thanks to you guys! At least lower our rent! Then this new staff, you guys hired are incompetent! Every time I ask for something they would say yes to getting it
