I enjoyed getting my mani and pedi here. Everyone was nice and welcoming. It’s a clean space with safe covid precautions in place. Really enjoyed my pedi massage, I needed that after a long work week. It was a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend when most nail salons were super busy. This was the third salon I called and they could take me in five minutes even though they were busy too. I walked in and got service immediately. Jenny/Thuong, my technician, was attentive and regularly checked to see how I was feeling/reacting. She did a great job with my nails. Highly recommend this

I went here to get a fill the lady told me that I needed a whole new set, I know I didn’t need one I just wanted a fill and then the charged me 5 dollars extra for “long nails” and they aren’t even long, told me that their 10 dollar extra gel powder was the best yet two of my nails broke 2 days later. All my nails are a different shape I would not recommend this place pure disappointment. I also left with my cuticles all cut up and bleeding.

My daughter and her friend went in to get acrylic nails and a pedicure. My daughter's friend asked for multiple colors and was told there was no extra charge. They charged $10.00 extra and wouldn't honor the price given by their nail technician. Terrible customer service.

Worst manicure ever. Dip stained my hands, no cuticle trimming. Took over an hour and a half. My nails are already chipped and peeling this morning. They sent me out the door with color stains still on my cuticles without offer of a discount or anything. Manicurist was nice- and tried to fix it- but just skip this place. So many better nail spas out there- unless you want your nails to look like you drank a bottle of tequila and painted them holding the brush with your paralyzed foot.

I’m only giving this place a two because in the end my nails did turn out cute and the customer service was nice but the rest of my experience was not. They guy that did my nails made me bleed on almost every one of my fingers, cuticles and underneath my nails while he used the electric and nail files. Also, my nails turned out very thin and only last two days before two of them broke off. Not to mention this was the most expensive nail place that I’ve been to in my area for an acrylic set. Can’t say that I will be coming back here.

Came in with a messy situation...bad powder dip job 3 weeks ago, covered with regular polish. I was told to sit at a station and a guy sets up after I picked a powder color. A couple of nails were loose and he picked and pulled at them, finally getting them off but it hurt and the nail looked awful. After soaking remaining nails off, he cut, filed, ground, filed again, ground again .. often digging his very ragged and nasty looking nails into me. I'd jump from the pain but he continued to jab, push skin next to nails with his 'claws'. I never knew it was so painful to get a manicure

I went here with my friend because I read on their website that they use sterilized tools. This is only somewhat true. The file and scrubber/callous removal sponge were disposable. All their metal tools weren't sterilized. In fact, I went there right when they opened and was the second person the technician used her metal tools on. They were stored in a plastic pencil box and were not sterilized before being used on my feet. They may just sterilize them at the end of each day, but they weren't cleaned after each person. Today was my second time at this nail salon. The first time was OK, I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The guy did a good job with painting my toe nails, but the actual pedicure was a mere OK. They charged me an extra $5 to scrub my soles which SHOULD come standard with every pedicure as far as I know. Fast forward to today, same service was requested, but I had a different technician. She was very nice, but her skills were terrible. My toe nails were left uneven and she was horrible at painting nails. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was possibly one of the worse experiences I've ever had to pay $90 for! Went in, by appointment, for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. Well after sitting in the chair for almost thirty minutes "relaxing" while my water got cold, my pedicure finally started. Chose the hot stone package... he burned me twice with the lava rocks!!! Showed A picture of simple design wanted for toes, the guy instantly is alarmed and like 'oh you want diamonds/stones' and I replied with no just mimic it with dollaps of polish. First time was today, and what a differentiating experience. At the end of the day, most of the places around here are about equal when it comes to the pedicure/ manicure itself, as long as you get a competent tech. But, the extras are what impressed me.
First, when I arrived around 10:45 am on a Saturday, they immediately let me know that there was a long wait and making an appointment to come back might be a better idea. They offered as early as 11:45- I made one for noon.

Visited today with my niece for manicures/pedicures and had a great experience! They were extremely friendly, got us in for a last minute appointment and recommended a polish change for my niece in lieu of a full manicure to help save money since she doesn't really need the cuticle trim and such. Loved the experience and was surprised by the reviews on yelp!

Never again. I've been to my fair share of small nail shops and this was the worst. The service itself was OK (not great, not painful) but I was charged extra for her to scrub the bottom of my foot for a pedicure (that's a first) and what's worse is she didn't tell me that it would cost more. My pedicure lasted almost a full 24 hours before it started to chip. The old joke that a manicure lasts a week and a pedicure never ends does not apply here. I went on vacation with a janky, chipped pedicure. Never again.

This place is super busy. I walked in mid-day and there were 6 people getting pedicures. I needed a polish change. They have a slew of colors for gel nails and I noticed many sparkly varieties. I loved the bluish-gray one. It's a DND brand that I never heard of. If I lived out here it would be my nail place. I needed three coats because it can go on very light,

I have had my gel manicure here 4 times in the past. Today I arrived at the salon at 4:35 for a walk in manicure. They seated me right away and immediately roughed up my nails and applied the acetone. She left and never came back! I sat there completely ignored with the exception of a male employee asking if I wanted a water to which I replied "no I want my manicure," for 35 minutes. I eventually took the cotton and acetone off my nails and left!

This place is terrible. I got a manicure and three hours later is smudged! It was so thick and uneven, the worst manicure I've gotten. She soaked my nails then filed them. Manicure 101 NEVER file nails after soaking. The girl asked me several times about a gel manicure, maybe she should worry about getting the simple manicure down before she offers a gel manicure.

On a whim one Sunday morning, I decided I wanted to pamper myself to a manicure. The usual place I go was booked when I stopped by so I hopped on Yelp to find another location near me (BP/MG border.) Peony showed up with lots of great reviews elsewhere online, so I headed over.
When I showed up, I was greeted VERY friendly, and they were able to help me immediately. The people working there seemed to enjoy what they were doing, were concerned about doing a good job, and interacted well with all customers. It was a welcome change from normal nail salon visits.
