I love working with Michael Weaver's State Farm Office in Pleasant Hill. There isn't a situation (big or small) that I don't recall receiving top notch service. Jodi in the office has always made my interactions smooth and seamless. I feel like she always puts our best interest first and her response time is unbeatable! I really can't say enough about the positive interactions we've had. It's what truly keeps us with State Farm. Thank you Jodi for all you do!

Insurance is just insurance, it's your local agent that makes the difference and Michael Weaver and his staff go above and beyond to take care of my home and auto insurance. They also check in every so often and make sure our coverage is still meeting our needs. Highly Recommended for anyone looking for a local agent that cares about his customers and their needs!

I have worked with Michael Weaver State Farm for a few years now and have been very happy with the service Michael and his team have provided. Most recently I have had the pleasure of working with Jodi Reiss on a couple of different things. She has been nothing but awesome and has been extremely responsive to my various needs. I was paying a ridiculous amount of car insurance with another provider. Austin Latshaw was so helpful, professional, and very efficient. In under 10 minutes he saved me $1,200 a year by switching over. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Amazing.

In my time with Michael’s office, I’ve had many different policies ranging from all our vehicles, to life insurance, and our previous mortgage!!
Michael is very personable and his team is great. Jana and Jodi are phenomenal with anything you need taken care of, especially in times when it can be a bit stressful! I appreciate the way they take care of our family and wouldn’t want to use anyone else!!

We switched our home and auto policies to Michael Weaver’s State Farm office several years ago because they could save us so much money on our policies! They continue to offer us the latest information on how they can help us update our policies to fit our needs as new products or services come available. They are always so helpful anytime we have questions or need to make changes or additions to our policies with same day services! I love the holiday phone call and every once in a while they check in just to make sure you are well leaving that small, hometown feeling in place that so many companies

The services I have received from Michael, Jake and Jana has been great. They are always there to give quotes, answer questions and provide paperwork when needed. We placed our home owners, three vehicles, two rv's and a pontoon in their hands after they gave us a quote that saved us almost $6000.00 per year from our previous insurance company. We recently had a claim filed and it was handled very quickly and hassle free. I highly recommend this team for your insurance needs. They wont disappoint you!!
