This was the worst of all. Staff stole money from my room (not the patient's). The agency (Grace) said it's nothing they can do about it. Said they didn't see the staff do it!!!! How crazy is that. They have not replaced the worker, saying they are looking for someone to work her hours. I asked at what point are they required to notify the state they are unable to provide care for the patient or transfer the patient to an agency that can provide the care. Meanwhile our only option is for me to miss work or allow the thief back in my home! I put locks on the entrances to my bedroom and bathroom

These are most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. They like to play games no one knows who the supervisor is and the receptionist giggle as if she's a child. When she's not giggling she's just nasty. Oh my gosh I can't believe this. She said she nasty because she reacting to me. I'm glad she font work with the patients could you imagine the outcome. The elderly is not always nice acting. I don't recommend this company.
