I wanted to write a review of Remsis I.T. and Roman Schwab, who has been the I.T. service for my company for the past 5 years that I have been at Holland Motorhomes. Working with REMSIS IT is hands down the best decision you can make for your IT needs. We have been using them for the past 8+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have been very impressed by the service and speed, especially as I am not a large account but always feel that I am treated as if I am. I have not had to call very often as REMSIS made sure I was set up to avoid viruses and always have my data backed up. My system totally crashed a year or two ago due to a hardware issue and I was so grateful to Roman at REMSIS as he had personally ensured that my data was continuously backed up. I have a lot of client data and business information that is essential to running my business.
