Richard L. Hoerster, Attorney

I was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Texas the son of a well known local attorney/rancher and school teacher. I became an Eagle Scout and graduated from Fredericksburg High School. I attended and graduated from Rice University in Houston playing Varsity football and majoring and making the honor roll in business.

I attended and graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, a law school known for providing an excellent and practical legal education. I also made the honor roll there. I passed the Bar exam and was admitted as a licensed Attorney to the State Bar of Texas in 1978.
