Encompass is a modern, outpatient facility dedicated to providing intensive, customized services to individuals recovering from substance abuse and addiction. We believe addiction is a treatable condition arising from social, behavioral, hereditary, and physical causes. Our approach merges medical and behavioral modalities into a program that treats the "whole"person and all underlying causes contributing to the addiction process.

At Encompass, we believe that every single life is precious. While our first goal is to help clients stop addictive behaviors, we realize that this is only a portion of the recovery process. An equally important key element is to "stay quit" and prevent relapse. Our mission is to provide clients the tools and support needed to quit, stay quit, recover, heal, and build a meaningful life.
Services
Our program uses an array of proven methods that encompass all aspects of the addiction process. We are a professional entity, with programs that are designed and implemented by specialized, highly trained, and credentialed therapists who are bound by law to uphold strict confidentiality.

We utilize small peer group and individual sessions which focus on guided discussions (not just disclosures) used to process numerous factor related to addiction. We offer short term (4-6 weeks) and longer term (4-6 months) support options, which help individuals continue to adapt to normal changes and new needs encountered in ongoing recovery.
Our Adult Substance Abuse Programs at Encompass combine the most effective, evidence based treatment options available today. According to the 2013 report by Trust For America's Help, Tennessee has the 8th highest drug overdose mortality (death) rate in the United States, while our neighboring state of Kentucky has the 3rd highest.
The use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs while the brain is developing during adolescents has been shown to drastically increase the risk of addiction and have other devastating physical, emotional, social, and other life changing consequences. At Encompass, we understand that adolescents have special needs as related to substance abuse and the risk it poses for them today, as well as upon their future.

Report
This company told me my treatment was covered through Tricare. When I was active duty I was told by Tricare if I continued to go I would pay out of pocket. Facility is nice but they’re misleading.
