Family owned business, started in 1996, by Dennis Ridout, lifelong resident and service technician. After well deserved retirement, the business is now owned and operated by his son, Scott Ridout. Scott, as a member of the sheet metal workers union, was a national finalist, as an apprentice, for HVAC design and fabrication.
All of Ridout's Heating & Cooling technicians are required 4 years of training in the HVAC fabrication, installation, and service. Ridout's Heating & Cooling offers a wide variety, of top of line heating, air conditioning and boilers equipment. They also service all makes and models of equipment, natural gas, propane, and fuel oil.

I called for no heat most other places I called had a day wait due to high volume. Scott was quick to show up but that's when the trouble started. He, and I quote "rigged" my furnace to just run on high. Diagnosed my furnace with in 5min of a bad heat exchanger. Told my the brand furnace (which was only 7 years old) offered a warranty on the exchanger but he would charge labor. I asked how much and if it was better to replace the furnace. I was told by Scott And I will quote him "I don't know what you believe in,but you better pray your furnace makes it through the weekend
