Steve Watson is the owner of this construction company. Steve's company and crew were top notch. They helped with a rehab and remodel of a rental home I owned in San Bernardino. I so like and enjoy this construction company, I almost don't want to give away such a valuable resource because there is so few good and honest construction companies. Steve had both an active license and workers comp for his crew, which is so rare in a contractor these days. This company was a pleasure to work with. The team did an excellent work on repairing the damaged areas as well as kept me updated of the progress. When it came to appointment, they were prompt and when it came to the actual work, they were very professional, efficient and proficient. I am definitely giving them a score of five for that.

During the sale of our home we had a panicky home inspector tell the buyers there was black mold under our home due to a leaky sewage pipe in the crawl space.
First of all, you can't diagnose mold without actually testing it, but that doesn't matter.
Anthony and Angel came out for an estimate, FREE OF CHARGE! I literally called every remediation company in Riverside and everyone wanted $$$ just to come, put on all their gear, and crawl under my house in July. I understand why they wanted money, but the prices ranged

Top notch service. My wife and I had a leak in our roof from all the recent rain. We noticed a musky smell for the past few weeks. Anthony and Angel came all the way from Riverside to investigate the problem. They found inconclusive evidence of mold and suggested simply fixing the small spot on my ceiling. I really appreciate their honesty and am glad they didn't try to sucker us into unnecessary work.
Making an appointment with Bobby was really easy. Anthony was kind enough to fit into my hectic schedule. Being Asian I really appreciated them wearing blue shoe booties inside my house.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! Our Kenmore dishwasher had a faulty part that had leaked for 2-3 months before we realized all the water and mold damage. I called American Emergency Restoration and had Anthony calling me back within 10 minutes. He came right out and spent close to 2 hours going over all the details of the process for mold remediation. He spent the time examining every inch of the kitchen. He was so thorough and absolutely put my mind at ease. Thank for Steve's help so much. Nice and expericed staff made me feel better after I purchased the problem house. They resovled the mold and repipe steps by step and their reports are very professional. I would like recommend them for nice staff, experienced solution and more care of clients. In final I received some discount including a new toilet. It comforted us for stress of seller's fraud. I would come back to them in future if my house has some construction.

Anthony made our experience with AER a great one. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail about the entire procedure. He took the time to answer qustions and made us feel comfortable that the work was done perfectly and that there would be no mold. Being a mom, I was very concerned about what was happening and Anthony was caring and knew what he was talking about.
