We've been working with Pack-Logix for just over a year with mixed results. We always receive the product that's required - but there have been so many variables. It's impossible to get through to customer service via either their local or toll-free numbers. We have gone through four customer account representatives, have no backup to who we are to contact if our rep is unavailable. Availability of product has really changed with a lot more stuff being on backorder than prior - which is difficult to read (because you can't get anyone on the phone) as a business owner who relies on their goods.

Sent me wrong jars SIX MONTHS AFTER I ORDERED and paid for them. Minimal apology. Then sent me one return label for seven huge boxes of jars. Didn’t even pay for UPS to pick them up at my house. I had to drive them to the UPS store only to find out I needed six more return labels. No communication from them. Horrible company. Beware!
