My Father-in-law and I were traveling to Indiana from Utah and last minute decided to change our tires due to comfort on the road (they should've been changed before the trip). We called and Ricky answered and was honest and to the point. We got two sets of tires, (one for each car) and were given a discount for the second car. Ricky was super easy to work with, efficient, and extremely helpful. We pulled up and didn't have to wait to get the new tires going. Grateful for these guys. Keep up the great work!

I was on my way to work and the low air sensor on my car came on this was the last tire shop on my way out of town. The light made me nervous so I stopped there to have it checked out, they were so nice about it they added air to my tire and I was good to go. They didn't charge me one cent. Here's another place I used for the first time, I ve been to 2 other tire stores and the first one was ok if you just want tires they don't do anything else. The second one was good at first but as I returned it seemed to falter in there service. I bought tires last rime and one I told them what I wanted and they didn't do what I asked. The last time they my oil and didn't reset the Chang oil light and the left the tag on the window from last. Now to tire pros, I took my truck to get new tires and they were on it right away. My wife's credit card was denied at first even though it had no balance

On my way back from Vegas, I had to stop in Kingman because my tire was leaking air. I just happen to stop by here to see if they could check it out. Ricky, found the problem and fixed it for me. I appreciate that he took the time to do that for me. Great places and service like this are hard to come by. If you ever need any type of service on your vehicle, I recommend you stop here at this shop whether you live in the area or not. Thanks for the help.

When I drove into the Shell station next door, Johnny pointed out that the front tires on my RV were not safe to drive on. I had been planning on replacing them when I got home, but still had 500 miles to go. But, they were not in good shape. He took me next door to Best Tire Pros, and Alex gave me a great deal on two new tires. They had me out the door and on my way to Sedona in 30 minutes. I felt much safer on the new tires, and was happy they convinced to replace the old ones.

Johnny noticed our tires looking low when we were getting gas next door. Upon further inspection, two of our rental RV tires were not safe to drive on. Johnny was patient while we made sure we would be reimbursed by the RV company. Once we got approval, he and his team had us fixed up and out of there in less than an hour. I'm glad he was looking out for us because we could have easily blown a tire on the journey home. Thank you!

I was on my way to Vegas. After having a disappointing visit with another Corporate Tire Shop I saw this shop by a gas station. I pulled up and Ricky was quick to help me out with my Accord. Having major vibration issues he was not hesitant to help me out. Told me to pull right into the shop and he quickly pulled off my wheels to give them a once over. He educated me on my situation with almost all 4. Ricky took care of the problem. Paid the tab and I was back on the road ASAP. He was very knowledgeable with what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for anything you might need and or want
