Services
Crown Transportation provides safe, reliable and excellent service to and from the BHM airport, 365 days a year. Our Chauffeurs are trained in-depth on the layout, logistical details, and traffic patterns for the Birmingham Airport. This ensures that your travel to and from the airport is as smooth as possible.
If you book your reservation online, please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we review your date and time for availability. Once your reservation has been approved, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email confirmation for your ride. A pending reservation email will be sent if more information is needed to complete the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds given for reservations cancelled the day or of the day prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Phone-in cancellations only. You must speak to a Crown representative (205-758-3875) M-F 9am-5pm CST) to cancel your service.
Arriving BHM passengers will meet their Chauffeur on the lower level, directly outside the baggage claim door. Your Chauffeur will be parked one lane over, in the area designated for private limousine and airport services. Your Chauffeur will monitor your flight and call or text you when the flight has arrived.

As a mama from California, I NEVER have to worry about my daughter’s transportation to and from The University of Alabama. CROWN Transportation has ALWAYS ( and there have been several trips, from dorm to Birmingham airport) been SAFE, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and reassuring when her flights have been canceled and rebooked! My son has used Crown Transportation 4 times so far going between Tuscaloosa and the Birmingham airport. They are fantastic! The people I talk with on the phone are warm and accommodating. I have had to make changes close to travel and it hasn’t been an issue. They are always on time and send texts in a timely manner with driver name and phone. We will definitely continue to use them.

Darius was awesome and the “ party bus” as we called it was more than we had hoped for. It was equipped for all that we needed ( the lights, the music, the seating, the ability to look out the windows and see the Christmas lights and the INDOOR POTTY 😊). Will definitely be using it again next year. Thanks for a memorable night.

Our son attends the University of Alabama as a freshman and Crown Transportation was highly recommended by another University of Alabama family. We are from South Dakota and our son had never traveled to the Birmingham airport. Crown was very reasonably priced and the professionalism and customer service was top notch. We received an extra confirmation the day before our requested shuttle day which provided our driver’s name and personal cell phone number. In addition since we had never used the service before, the Crown staff was absolutely fantastic and prompt about returning my email and text

I highly recommend anyone traveling from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham Airport to choose Crown Transportation. It was a seamless and comfortable experience which is clutch especially with a morning flight! When it comes to a driver, Todd is the guy! He can sustain conversation for the entire trip if you’re outgoing and respect your desire to be quiet if you want some rest. Overall, look nowhere else but Crown for transportation from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham!

Absolutely perfect in every way! I was in Tuscaloosa dropping off my daughter at UA and needed a ride to the Birmingham airport. I saw the great reviews on Google & Yelp and decided this was the way to go....plus if everything went well, I knew I had found a company I could use for my daughter during breaks. Needless to say, I've found my ride! I called to book my ride and it was completely painless. I got an email from the company the day prior, confirming my reservation and giving me the name of my driver. Greg arrived about 5 minuets early and he was awesome! The car was super clean
