It is hard to put into words how very much I appreciate the professionalism, creativity, vision and responsiveness of the VSWC team. They have profoundly shaped our school district - building every school and remodel. Each project utilized community feedback, inspires confidence, and makes it a joy to come to school to work and learn. VSWC has been an excellent employer. I've worked here for 5.5 years now and have been given endless opportunities for growth. We have a vibrant culture where our passion inspires hard work and we certainly don't go too long without having fun.
