We have been a customer of Northside insurance inc Tampa, Fl for two years and would not recommend, here is why; (1) two years ago denied receiving a 4pt inspection report for our home , that was sent to them, after securing a second report (that's another $tory of woe) at an addition cost to us, Northside Insurance now two years later says they have the fir$t one as well as the $econd...ca-ching. (2)We have been asking for a refund of this years premium after securing a lower cost and more inclusive policy, I now have two policies and my mortgage payment has increased approx. $100 a
