Great place. Fantastic attention to details. The only thing that downed me was that one of our beds has a profound dog urine smell. I reported that on my checkout and they were super sorry about the issue. I would stay again.

There is no shower cap, only dispensers for shower gel, no bathroom products, sewing kits and the like. The room temperature cannot be changed, does not matter what you try. There is also no bottled water in the room. The food is anything but tasty. For breakfast, there is no fresh orange juice and if you ask for decaffeinated coffee, your are given some instant coffee powder to use in a cup hot water.
Avoid this hotel! There is nothing luxurious about it. They are not there for you, but to take as much money as possible from you.
The only good thing is the parking, which is not theirs.

Nice view but if it’s not in the central location. Most of staff were nice but one of them was really rude and cold.
I’m willing to have a phone call since you said it was a misunderstanding. I’m happy to provide specific situation.

Nice place and very friendly staff. Parking was next door but not discounted by the hotel which makes it very expensive, especially for a hotel located outside the city center. Lux Tram is right up the street which is free and takes you to center city.
Biggest disappointment was how hot the room was. Our thermometer on our watch says 82 deg. Our room on the first floor doesn’t have windows that open and the AC didn’t do anything when the temperature was selected to the coldest setting. It would just blow hot air. Didn’t sleep at all and the front desk didn’t help. We asked to change rooms

Highly recommended. The staff is amazing and super kind and attentive, listened to all my needs and answered all my requests with please. Early breakfast in a box. Breakfast is diverse, fresh and tasty. Booms are spacious and cleaned daily. Location is great, close enough to walk to everything you need in the city while still quiet and fairly priced. Parking is right next door and a tram and a bus is 2 minutes walk. Again - nothing beats their service!

Always frustrating to see that, two years into the pandemic, the hotel hasn’t updated their website yet to include restrictions. Gym/spa area is closed, The Level “benefits” nowhere in sight. Standard hotel breakfast, rooms are mostly clean though hotel management isn’t good with upkeep: chipped furniture, loud bathroom extractor, unopenable windows… Hotel star system must be on hold too, this is not a four star stay.

A very convenient business hotel - the kind I like but could never afford myself. I like the venue, reception, the view, the breakfast particularly, the mood in the hotel and the rooms are impeccable!

Lovely hotel in Luxembourg, in a lovely quiet location. We had a room on the 7th floor with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of the main city centre, but with free travel in Luxembourg, it’s very easy to get to.
The breakfast was a highlight, everything was well thought-out, high quality and delicious. The staff were all very friendly, however the check-in process was a bit slow and arduous. Apart from that, the visit was faultless!

I've been coming back to Europe for more than 10 years and couldn't be more upset about staff quality and attitude at this hotel. Room was fine except a few hairs on the bed frame wall and small couchy. But from the check-in staffs never greeted me and even passed me check in with another colleague. He gave me a wrong information about breakfast price, but the worst part was how the quality manager dealt with the problem. She( her name is Figueroa) had the worst attitude I have ever encountered so far. Location was good and food was decent, but I would not recommend this hotel to others

This was a pleasant stay. Great location, close to the train station and basically in the middle of everything whereas you can walk to a lot of sites. Big room for European standards. We had access to The Level which is a place to have coffee, relax, nibble on snacks, etc. Staff wasn't super helpful, but everyone has a bad day or two. Super pleased with this hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at the Melia Berlin for 4 nights the first week of November. It was low season, so we paid a fantastic rate. I was completely blown away by the hotel.

The location of the Melia Berlin is fantastic. It is so easy to get around from here. Most things we wanted to see were either walking distance or a short easy train ride.

Our room was very nice, a good size by American standards. There was a king bed, table with chairs, mini bar, large closet, and plenty of space. Our bed was king size, with so many pillows. There was a placard by the bed that explained the different types of

Hotel is fine, but the "free 24-hour wifi" cuts you off after a few minutes and hits you up for money, and you can't get mobile phone reception in your room. Expect to pay extra just to send and receive emails, or enjoy an enforced digital detox.

I stayed 2 nights. Location was perfect, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I would have given them 5 stars, but they were very cheap with their wifi. They only offered 1 hour free every 24 hours, limited to 100MB and a single device, which means you really get about 15 minutes per day on a very slow connection. We weren't able to look up restaurants, directions, travel info when we needed to. If it weren't for that, I would highly recommend the hotel.

If you need an Internet connection DO NOT STAY AT THE MELIA BERLIN!
This is a 5 stars hotel with 1 star Internet. Shame on the Melia management. They don't seem to care about their guests {digital} needs at all.
They grant guests 512KB connection capped at 100MB/day, as if we are still in the dial-up era.
Hospitality is all about making the guests feel at home. Who, among us, has only 512KB or home connectivity? Maybe in Syria or sub-Saharan Africa...
I had to resort to using my cellular as a hot-spot (on a roaming package).
Other than that, the Melia is a fine hotel. Room was spacious, well

I only visited the bar and the tapas restaurant.

Great friendly service, and tasty cocktails in a very exciting and exotic atmosphere at the lounge/bar.

Location is more than perfect right at the friedrich-str train station. So the City is yours if you are visiting.

This is the only hotel I stayed at in Berlin so I have nothing to compare it to, but it had everything we needed and I would definitely stay here again. The location was in general walking distance of a lot of the sites, the river, and the main tourist road in Berlin. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bathroom was the same. The tapas bar in the lobby is definitely worth checking out.

The lone problem has to do with the wifi. It was for pay and only offered for 30-minutes a night. Which is not terrible, since you are on vacation, but it was spotty for us some of the time.

If you are
looking for a mid-priced hotel in Berlin that is well located and offers good accomodations and access to public transportation the Melia is spot on. Wifi is expensive but the rooms are really wonderful. Right
in the center of Mitte, the Museumsinsel, the Spree, the Hackescher Markt and
many other sights, restaurants, theaters, and shops such as the Dussmann Kulturkaufhaus
are right at your fingertips. The Melia restaurant Tapas were alright, but I'd recomend eating out.

The first day we lunched at the Ganymed, and upon
our concierge's suggestion we had dinner at the

On the whole a very nice Hotel. But the fact that they charge 22 EUR per Day for internet access is quite bad. In that price range you would expect the internet to be included or to be reasonably priced.

For business reasons I stay at this hotel almost once a month. Pretty standard 4-star hotel chain but with good location and reasonable prices.

I can highly recommend their large breakfast buffet but unfortunately their restaurant serves horrendous tapas. i don't recall ever eating worse tortilla espagnola or croquettas.
