Very disappointed in my detail. The carpets were left soaking wet (they were still actively dripping when I tried to take them inside 5hrs later), and despite the fact that I left the windows cracked overnight, the seats and floor were still damp 13hrs later. The windshield and all mirrored/glass surfaces have a blurred film over them as well.

I originally had an appt with pro source auto detailing (never give them your business) but when i called to confirm my appt an hour before it was scheduled pro source tried to reschedule my original appointment even though i explained i was moving across country this weekend so today was my last day to get my car detailed. the owner was so rude and disrespectful to me and after i told him i would write a review he said he would report me to google. LUCKILY i called tri city to try to see if they could squeeze me in and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. he came directly to my car

They did such an awesome job on my vehicle, my kids had messed the back of my car up so bad with all kinds of stains, but they were able to get them out and my car looks better than it did coming off of the car lot at the dealership! Book them for your detailing!

My husband selected this company to detail my car. The man who came out would not honor the price shown on the website. The seats were extremely wet and took four days to dry. He wiped down all of the surfaces with some type of oil instead of actually cleaning the surfaces. Everything in the car is caked in oil. My husband called the owner to discuss the issues and the owner said he would call back. It has been two weeks and he still hasn't called.

Great car wash. Definitely one of the best that I've come across since moving to Richmond. For what you get, the price is a greater than the competitors and I can vouch that the rain guard does keep your tcar looking good through a rain or two. Wax job was great vacuumed spotless Tri City is professional friendly and he did a excellent, thorough job.

The person that cleaned my car did a awesome job. I didn’t recognize my car when he was don’t he was on time and he treated my car like it was his own....Great price my seats were so dirty and now it is super clean.... I would definitely recommend them and my boyfriend will be using him next for his interior because he has a car show coming up
