It's all free! Words can't express how much Body Kindness has changed my life. Through this process, I realized I had a borderline eating disorder. But because I wasn't starving myself, or purging, doesn't mean I wasn't suffering from a true disorder. Through this, I have taken BK to the streets and share something new in my fitness class every day.

I did not know what I was looking for in a nutritionist, but I did know that I was done with diets and wanted to develop a healthy relationship with food. Rebecca is leading me on a journey to do just that. She identified my core problems with food, mainly that I was prone to over-restricting (and therefore under-eating) with intermittent binges.
A credit card is required to secure an appointment, but it will not be charged. You'll also need to choose the type of appointment (new clients: choose the initial nutrition assessment for in-person sessions or choose the 30-minute virtual online session for new remote sessions or if you want to get some initial support before moving on to a full assessment).

I started private counseling with Rebecca shortly after reading Body Kindness. I had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and found myself engaging in disordered eating behaviors. What I didn't realize at the time was that I had an undiagnosed eating disorder and I had had it for most of my life. As someone with a significant trauma history, getting medical help is difficult. Rebecca was the first person besides my therapist
that I felt comfortable disclosing my trauma history to. Not only is she a trauma informed practitioner, she is also compassionate, kind and supportive. Rebecca helped me understand

I immediately knew this was a waste of $400. It's ironic to spend more on trying not to diet than I did when I did diet. The paperwork needs to be updated -- I wasted time by logging my food and printing lab work. We didn't talk about nutrition. When I mentioned this she said she feels most dieters know how to eat. I see the point she was trying to make but that's not what I needed. You can save a lot of money by just reading her book.
