In home therapy for strengthening, improved coordination, fall prevention and increased mobility. Coordination with your doctor to meet your goals after surgery, hospitalization or following a decline in health. Home safety evaluation and in home therapy to restore skill in daily activities necessary for independent living.
Our licensed social workers can provide help with enrollment in community assistance services. They also provide counseling for changes in life situation such as new living arrangements, grief, or new diagnoses. This additional service is available to clients receiving the skilled services of a nurse or therapist.
There are two basic types of home health, intermittent skilled care from nurses and therapists, and long term personal assistance services from providers. House Calls Home Health offers both, but each service is paid by different insurance plans. Call us so that we can determine which care you need and which you qualify for.
