Teresa and Danny were a natural for us to choose to market a building we had for sale. We loved the fact that Teresa monitored all the deadlines regarding the transaction and followed up with us if we were tardy in getting our stuff in. Of course she informed us when the buyer met or missed their deadlines. This kept us in the strongest position possible.
