The machine's high speed piercing and positioning, mark-free processing, automated part unload and cutting head versatility increase your organizations productivity and profitability while reducing lead times.
We offer in house powder coating services to meet our customers finishing needs. Currently, we have over 25 commonly used finishes in stock, ready to go at a moments notice. If you are in need of a custom finish, we have got you covered. The relationships we have built with our vendors allow us to acquire custom finishes for your specific application in very short time-frames.
Our engineering department operates the latest version of Solidworks. This allows us to accept your 3d models and quickly turn them into files for manufacturing. The powerful software and skilled operators also allows quick turn on two dimensional engineering files and paper drawings. We have focused on constant improvement of our engineering department to allow acceptance of any customer electronic file.
