Been going there for 5 years and they are wonderful, the exam is very Thorough, the doctor explains what going on with my eyes and the service to receive my glasses and contacts is quick. They always spend the time to help me pick the right frame for my face. I will keep going back and I always recommend them to my friends

Great doctor but awful customer service. I was overcharged 8 months ago and even after a resolution with the insurance company, I am still receiving bills in the mail from the office with rude emails. The office takes 2-5 days to respond to emails and doesn’t answer the phone lines.
I wouldn’t recommend going here with any UUP and NYS insurance plans.

Terrible customer service, far from professional. Went to pick up my glasses only to be told I had to pay more than quoted become the frames weren't actually ones covered by my insurance as I was told. decided not to take them, was told I would be refunded, after 2 weeks and no refund called to follow up, the person was extremely rude. recieved a letter in the mail with my refund and a letter discharging me and the rest of my family as a patient. not that I would have went back!

The doctor is very calm and thorough, and explains everything (how the drops would feel, how long they would last, etc). I thought it was great! I had all the time I needed to pick out my frames and I didn't feel pressured at all. I had to make the appointment over a month out but once I arrived, I only had to wait 15 minutes or so to be seen.

I thought having a small business would give more personal, helpful service.
Boy was I wrong. I ordered my glasses and they didn't work right so I went back, the first time they said it was the wrong prescription and fixed it, but the second time they said it was too long (which is was if you counted the time I had the wrong prescription and the time it took them to fix it).
I don't know if this is just an office manager problem, or the medical services are in question, how did I get the wrong prescription? At any rate the persons I spoke with were rude and unhelpful and my prescription
