Leap 2 Learn Educational Childcare

I work at Leap 2 Learn and really enjoy coming to work each day. Administration is very supportive, caring and helpful. I feel this is a very rewarding job and I truly enjoy watching my children learn and grow
I enjoy getting to know my families and co-workers, many who have become friends. I look forward to the many years of continued employment at Leap 2 Learn.

I have worked with this childcare facility for about 1month and I will say the owner truly cares about the families and children that attend Leap 2 Learn. The staff is welcoming and dedicated to caring for children.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability
Don’t come here. Management is terrible. You will spend more time trying to find someone to watch your kid then they will spend in school. They raise rates without giving proper notice. They ask you to find alternative care bc they can’t keep staff from quiting. If you’re wanting a good daycare DO NOT COME HERE.

I’ve worked here for about two months and I love it! It is so clean and very professional. My first week there I felt so welcomed and I was very well trained. I’m very comfortable around the staff and all of the little kiddos. The children are very much respected and I always see their needs being met. Everyday I see the kids treated with love and kindness. I would recommend Leap 2 Learn to anyone who’s looking for quality child care!

I have been working here for almost a year started when I was rougly 5 months pregnant and the entire time everyone was super helpful to my needs while dealing with my rough pregnancy to help me In my class as much as needed. They were all excited for me and so warm and welcoming from day one. The work staff is so fun to work with!
Once my baby was born Miss Amie was super understanding and supportive of giving me the time I needed off for my leave and to come back when I was ready.
As a parent, I would take my kids here whether or not I was working there or not. They constantly staying updated

I’ve been working at Leap since September of 2020 and I can’t begin to explain how great this job is and how wonderful of a team I have. This job makes me feel welcomed everyday, and I truly feel like it’s my home away from home! I love being there for the kiddos, building a connection with the families and making the best of friends. It is hard work, but that makes it even more rewarding! ❤️

I have been working with children for 6 years now and have gone from being a nanny to working at many different daycares including YFS, lil friends, and a few in home daycares and I have never felt appreciated as a teacher until I started to work for leap. I am also a new mother of a very amazing 6 month old little boy and every time I walk by his room I see how happy he is and how much he loves going to school! All the staff here have been more than amazing and understanding with me. And Amie is the best boss I have ever worked for!!

My oldest son has been going here for a little under a year and my youngest for only 6 months and this is hands down the best childcare facility in Rapid!! Our first couple of experiences in childcare with our oldest son were unsettling and raised so many flags as a mom. I questioned if id ever get to go back to work. However, the second we toured Leap 2 Learn, we knew this was the perfect place for our kiddos! The staff here is welcoming, caring, honest, and work with parents so well when it comes to keeping schedules and consistency! I get daily updates on both kids from the time I drop them

We were looking to move our daughter into a preschool program from an in home daycare and I am so glad we found Leap 2 Learn! My daughter loves going to school each day and has gained so much social confidence being around kids her age. I love the work they do with the kids, and getting updates/pictures of what she does during the day. Being able to check in on her throughout the day on PB&J TV is an added bonus. Their cleaning routines and building security are amazing!
