They can't manage to get their heads out of their own @sses, let alone a building. It took 24 months to finally get a roof leak fixed right, just as our lease was ending. The contractor left debris all over the parking lot and we had several employees get flat tires from the nails. Debris fell all over inside our space, covering our items with dust,nails, and pieces of insulation. Upon move out, Michigan law requires a landlord to send out the security deposit refund or a letter stating why the security deposit won't be refunded. Apparently Michael Shapiro thinks this does not apply to him. I called

If there were no stars they would get that. Terrible management company. I fell in October on my steps outside that have not been maintained after begging them to atleast pressure wash. I broke my back at 29 and have a toddler. I couldn't hold my child for 2 months but you can damn sure bet they wanted their rent in full. It's now May and I had to hand scrub my steps because they still haven't done a damn thing. They should be shut down. Slum Lord's should be the company name because that's exactly what they are.

They cant even provide there communitiea with decent water. It goes out all the time qith out warning and they never credit us. I know bussiness is about money but this company makes that obvious. Stay away from this company if you can you will be sorry and regret it.

I live in a mobile home park that that you own. It is full of broken down trailers, abandoned and a mess. There are a few nice mobile homes, and some home owners really work hard on their lots, but they are surrounded by a park that looks neglected. There is no park, , the roads are bad and the trees are needing trimming. I don't know how they keep their tenants, or how they expect to get new homes...unless they do some serious maintenence!! I have heard about fixing up the trailer court i call B.S they had hslf the summer to be working on it have they done anything Nope are they gonna fix it up

I wish I could leave no star. Definitely management company only, doest not care or respond to tenants. I've been asking for the attacking trees to be handled for over a year now... They have the worst nonethical manager Karen, with the worst customer service skills that discriminates against single parents, women and the elderly. And the maintenance man Darrell, lol, he's a joke on a mower going 50mph and causing damages. Really really bad company, only care about money.
Update. They now are in a hurry to remove the tree... I wonder if they contacted their lawyers

If there were NEGATIVE "stars", I sure as hell would light 'em up!!! Our park has been in court for OVER TWO YEARS with this so-called "management". They are a joke. I know exactly what you other reviewers are going through, first hand. Here are only some of the pictures I have of the sh*thole this place has become since Shapiro.....continued water leak (almost 3 years)...our driveway. It's a shame. Oh, the water leak is NOT us, it's the people behind us. It's never ending. I also threw in my neighbors driveway..........it all runs underneath us, through the yard and into hers. I have plenty of

This company recently took over management for my community and turned it all upside down. There is no direct contact person to voice questions or concerns. There is no direct person monitoring the residents to make sure the rif raf that was previously removed from the park remain out. There are residents and strangers alike all speeding up and down the roads where my child and other children play. There are adults hanging out at the new play ground after dark smoking and drinking. There are pot holes the size of my car tire all over the roads. It makes it difficult to get home or to work without

My phone calls are not being returned and the person I'm "supposed" to talk to is never in office. I Paid off my manufactured home June 6th, it is now November and I have no title and no response as to why. My next step will need to be contacting a real estate lawyer.
