After the first year I made the move to a larger building to take on full ownership. I have expanded to include multiple stylists and have been going strong for 19 years now.

Services
You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. If you are more than 10 minutes late for scheduled appointments we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge you the cancellation fee. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting in $25 for the first two hours booked and $10 for each additional hour.

I usually don't write reviews, but this place was great. I got a haircut with Kayla and she was very funny and professional. She knew what to recommend for my hair and she's honest about what she thinks will look good and what won't. Its a very cute and cozy place! Definitely recommend!

I had two great experiences with Kathy, the first with cut/color consultation and the second with highlights. She knew exactly how to make my hair look way better and talked me through the whole thing. I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and natural my hair looks, and I truly feel like a new and improved version of myself.

Kayla was incredibly friendly and personable. The five hours went be incredibly quick with her. She also did a phenomenal job with coloring my hair. It turned out extremely blonde and very cool. She’s amazing at what she does. I would highly recommend to any close friend.

I go to Kim, my daughter goes to Kayla, and my 4 grandsons (ages 2-8) have had haircuts by both. Kim and Kayla are amazing at their jobs as well as being amazing people! They are fun, efficient, and talented. They are great with the boys as well, and will make it as easy as possible. My daughter has Chiari malformation (her neck is sensitive and over-manipulating or too much pressure can trigger numerous symptoms including migraines. Kayla makes sure to limit her time in the sink, and always makes sure she's comfortable and steady. She can finally enjoy having her hair done again! We love the ladies

Kayla did a great job on my hair, I got a touch up on highlights and a trim. I’m very picky with who does my hair but I was very satisfied with the results! She did a great job trimming my layers just the way I wanted and giving me natural looking highlights! The ladies who work in the salon were very nice and services are not overpriced unlike most places in Boone.

13 years without a professional hair cut & Kim made me feel calm & confident in my cut. Got lucky with an opening for a same day appointment & I came in 15 mins late, but she still got it done in time (the only day I had before my interview). She gave me tips about how to keep my hair healthy (it was dry) . Very personable while cutting & cheap! No regrets on this one & I'm very picky.

I’ve gone to Kayla and Kathy but everyone there are outstanding hair professionals. I went to Kathy today and she highlighted and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I’ve been asked by another hairdresser who cut my hair because she said the person did an awesome job. They have excellent prices, great location and the experience. Moved here full time and I know my salon of choice after trying several.

Kayla is the BEST. I’m a student at App state and while I was on spring break, I went to a hairdresser at home that I don’t usually go to to lighten my naturally blonde hair a little bit before formal. I showed the girl pictures and she ended up completely bleaching my whole head which looked nothing like the pictures.
