Aro Lock & Door Company is one of the oldest Wisconsin locksmith companies in the greater Milwaukee area. The shop was started in 1952 in its present location at 5801 W. North Avenue in Milwaukee by Richard Korinek and Joe Pagac. In 1985 Fred Kaifesh became a partner in the business, than in 1999 Ed Kaifesh also became a partner and today they are partners in ownership of the business.
In 1999 we opened our second location by establishing our Waukesha locksmith storefront at 400 Travis Lane #25 to better serve our customers. The company was started as a locksmith & small engine repair. As the company grew, the locksmith side of the business started to take off, so in the early 60's locksmithing became the solo line of business.

I went there yesterday just to get a key cut, the lady in there was like yeah we cut keys!, When i asked her to cut my key Fob she refuse even when i offer to pay her. She didn't want to cut for me because i didn't get the key there, that should not be a reason to refuse service.I Would never go there again bad business I rather pay triple before i take my business there again.

The front door of my upstairs unit kept turning to the right and wouldn't latch to open the door. I stopped over at Aro and talked to Shane. He described to me what he thought was going on and how to take the lock off to bring to him. When I had trouble back at home working on it I called him and we further discussed on the phone. He did that all to help save me the service fee. I still couldn't get it and one of his guys was able to came out and fixed it that same day. They were all very helpful and trustworthy. I truly appreciated how they explained what they were doing, their thoughts

Not a fan. I belong to an organization with a door locking system serviced by ARO. Late Thursday our system failed. ARO was notified on Friday. The earliest response for our emergency situation is Tuesday afternoon. (Five days) Five days of numerous trips every day, manually locking, unlocking, locking, unlocking our building.
If you have a system serviced by ARO and you system fails, you are pretty much out of luck and on your own.
Like I said, not a fan.

You need a locksmith? Aro Lock is the only place I call in Milwaukee. After having done business with these guys for over 15 years, I trust my properties and tenants to no one else.
After all, no matter how big or small the job is, they are willing to take care of me right away. And doing things remotely from Chicago is often not easy, especially in this day and age where no one trusts anyone anymore. But trust these guys, I do, as I have sent them out to re-key properties, assist tenants with key issues, change or repair locks, or to help make my entry easier as a landlord, and they do it all
