Bulk Vintage By The Pound
We are a wholesale vintage clothing business based out of Philadelphia, PA., offering men's, women's, & children's vintage fashions from the Victorian era through the 2000s. While anyone may shop online, our products are not intended for personal use so we do not offer size options. Our goal is to provide quality vintage to re-sellers, designers, costumers, and stylists.
Services
Bulk Vintage Clothing, Inc. was started in 2009 by the owner, Amanda Saslow, and our primary business goal is to provide vintage clothing ("used" clothing, at least 20 years old) in large quantity, and good quality, to our Industry Customers. We sell clothing on this website by weight, or by bundle.
Due to our upcoming move this September, we are processing clothing in our new location and that is causing a delay; we may not be able to ship within our usual time-frame. Please be patient as we are trying our best to ship to all our amazing customers as quickly as possible. If you cannot wait, please do not order at this time.
This information concerns online purchasing. For information and pricing regarding in-person shopping at our Philadelphia warehouse, please visit our Warehouse page. Purchasing by the pound is the cheapest option but it is a rougher grade of clothing.

We have already sorted the items for content (such as *here is a big box of western shirts, or 80s dresses*) and while we look every piece over before we put it out in the warehouse, just due to the mass quantities of clothing we process, some damage will slip by.For your order, we literally go over to the box(es) and grab armfuls of the clothing until we meet the weight you ordered.
The warehouse will be closed and we will not be shipping during this time. We require the shipping label and all completed accessory paperwork to be emailed to us at least 24 hours in advance of pickup. Most domestic orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. We prefer UPS because it provides immediate tracking, same-day pickup, and includes insurance.
We bring in 1000s and 1000s of pounds of clothing every week, and then grade it according to material, style, and/or era. Our public shopping room takes up about 4,000 sq ft., and holds over 250 oversized boxes filled with vintage clothing and accessories, all for sale *by the piece*, with bulk discounts available for many items.

The owner is incredibly standoffish. Stock is very badly organized and, as others have said, they let a cat wander the building and it uses the bathroom on the stock. The entire place smells of cat urine. Stock is overpriced for wholesale.

Horrible!!!!!
I have been to several bulk Vintage Clothing warehouses and this was BY FAR the worse one I've been to. Right off the bat the owner was super unprofessional and the place smells like cat piss. When she was explaining everything to me, she mentioned that there was a designer section further back in the warehouse, but to look at that stuff, you must spend $100 minimum in the regular section w/ the clothing in boxes. I then asked, "so you need to spend $100 to go to just the designer area" she said "yes". I clarify for a second time, "so there's no

Amanda was lovely to deal with, everything came quick considering I live in Ireland and stuff was on back order. My issues however were that half the clothes ordered were kids sizes not to mention out of 20-odd items 5 of them aren’t useable due to rips and permanent staining. While I understand the risk in buying vintage in bulk the rips were sort of the killer blow to this order which made me a bit unhappy. I would buy again from this place but if possible I would try to handpick in person to avoid the above issues.

The T-shirt’s on the website were falsely advertised and the sweatshirts had so many stains. I paid a hundred dollars for two 6 piece bundles and on top of that another invoice fee, ridiculous. Took forever to get here. Will not be shopping here again and I do not recommend.

Loved this hidden thrift gem in the city. It can be a bit hard to find and probably not the safest place to walk to from the El if coming later in the day. Last time I went the owner informed me that the place was only selling to store owners but open to the general public on occasion. You can find those dates through their social media.

I used their online bulk ordering, and I am very unhappy with the quality of the items I received in their "Men's Jacket" bulk order. I hope I can resell at cost, but I am not confident of that. Their disclaimer is "You should expect to steam/clean for small stains/or repair loose seams. May contain damaged items" but you can see in the picture that two of the items, (also the heaviest) are beyond "small stains." They are trashed, and cost me upwards of $30 for the pair.
I also ordered bulk Western Shirts, and I am satisfied with that product, but I would not order from them again, since I reached

If you’re a reseller considering buying in bulk from here, I’d suggest just going sourcing yourself if possible. While they do state that items can have flaws, which is understandable considering everything is used or vintage, the majority of the items I’ve gotten are just plain unsellable. I’ve paid a lot of money just to get items with gross yellow armpit stains, large holes in shirts, large stains throughout the garments that won’t come out, etc. You will get a few gems, but for the price it’s just not worth it and you’ll be lucky if you can sell everything at cost.

How do I give this place a better rating?? Even with current virus circumstances, shipping was EXTREMELY fast! I ordered over 100 pounds of their product and was very pleased with the quality and quantity given to me!! I'll be buying from this distributor time and time again in the future. Amazing customer service as well, answered emails within hours (if not minutes) of writing to them and overall a super nice owner. I absolutely love this place, hoping to visit in person soon!

Negative experience. The short woman at the front table (owner?) was EXTREMELY rude to me. I will never shop there again. You need to value EVERY visitor because they could become customers if they have a good experience. The way you spoke to me was UNPROFESSIONAL and ARROGANT. And I made a special trip just to come on my day off.

I purchased two orders about a day apart and they got shipped together. They gave me a refund for the shipping cost of the second order which was a great surprise!

Can't wait to get the clothes. I plan on washing them and re-purposing the vintage clothing.

Only been to Bulk Vintage once but definitely never returning, which I decided before being in the store 15 minutes. It is a warehouse so naturally you're going to be dealing with dust and smell, but this place was unparalleled. I spent many days all around NY, NJ, and PA raghouses yet this was by far the most asthma-inducing of them all.

The atmosphere is just like the air quality--retched. The owner, I'm assuming (older white lady), was not necessarily rude, but totally standoffish. She couldn't let me walk a step without going through the entire system of the place (pricing

I’ve been coming to Bulk twice a month for almost two years now. Amanda has always looked out for me and made sure I found everything I need. I’ve been hunting for vintage for 10 years and this is my favorite spot. Respect the establishment and the simple rules, and you’ll receive that respect in return!

Bulk Vintage has become my go-to place when ordering new inventory for my Depop shop. I'm just now starting off my business, and Bulk Vintage has SO many amazing options to help resellers and business owners buy wholesale! Online you can shop by weight, bundle, or piece, and you can pick it up in-store or pay for ground shipping. Both times I have purchased the 20lb bag of clearance clothes for 10$, and despite these clothes being the rejects, I have never been happier. Even in their clearance bundles, they pack in amazing vintage items, everything from sweatshirts to jackets to jeans and

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OVER PRICED JUNK YARD!!!! Possibly the worst rag house in the country. I wouldn't even call this a rag house it's a junk yard. From my 5 minutes of being in there I could tell this place gets no business for many reasons. Let's start with the rude disgusting owner or whoever was working that day (it was a older white lady) this woman is the most neurotic nut job I have ever met. From the second I walked in I could tell she doesn't know how to deal with any sort of a normal human being. She waddles to the gate door to let us in and she immediately has

I don't really understand the pricing system. Seems like they make it up as they go along but I did find some very cool items. Let's hope they sell for more than I paid for them. Would be much easier if they had prices marked clearly instead of having to ask.

I made a bulk order for my depop store and I couldn't be happier. It was my first time ordering from a wholesaler and I'll admit I was a little nervous. But now I will say I will definitely be doing this again.

Items are accurate to descriptions. I got 6 pairs of cutoff shorts, 6 90s floral dresses, and 5lbs of vintage t shirts. Out of all the items I got one t shirt with some small stains. Overall, all the items are in great shape and exactly what I was looking for.

Clothing is good if you're willing to hunt. Owner is extremely disrespectful, she yelled at my friend for opening the door for some others we knew. Her tone was extremely inappropriate and made others uncomfortable, hopefully she learns that's not the way to treat customers if you're trying to run a business.

I'm not sure what all these other comments are about ,but the shipping was very fast within a week . the items we're good for what you are buying they are used clothing . I see people on here complaining about what they received I don't understand why. I did not have a bad experience I had a great experience and I look forward to doing business with them in the future .

Best spot ever to do some clothe-diving. Me and the lady frequent this spot. It's excellent for vintage tees, military jackets etcetc. I have several T-shirt's and a dope denim jacket that has held up really well from this place.

The lady I spoke to last time I was shopping was super helpful in suggesting more places I could find a particular type of jewelry. Not really in the best area but I've never felt unsafe pulling up and going in.

Probably not your thing if you don't want to literally dig through clothes but I personally think it's a really fun place to go. Give

Grimy and pretty unpleasant.

Prices are cheap, for a reason. Inspect your purchases carefully!

If you are into 90s athletic wear and novelty tees, this spot is probably for you. Older and (to me) more interesting vintage pieces are rare here and often damaged.

I'd rather hit the thrift!

I decided to do an online order from this place before I took the drive out there from New York. I just received my order and unfortunately, out of the 15 pieces I ordered, I'm probably going to keep 5 and donate the rest. They are beyond the point of being wearable. Some of them look like rags. I can't believe that they thought these items were even saleable. I've been to numerous wholesale warehouses, and own a vintage store so I know what to expect when dealing with wholesale but never would I order from them again. The only up side is that I saved myself the driving/gas money

Well, it was a trip. And I did get a few really nice items at a price that was akin to what I would have paid at a vintage store, where the clothes were clean and pressed and didn't smell musty. These did - I had to put them on the porch until I can get them to the cleaners.

I'm not a stranger to bulk vintage. I knew to be prepared for digging and smell. What I expected was that the price would be in line with the experience, as it usually is. It wasn't. There are no prices listed, you need to ask the owner for the price of every garment. Her pricing is capricious, and her demeanor
