Hacienda Lighting has been wonderful to work with! David and Aaron have been exceptional. I bought a chandelier and my electrician put it together. We found that it was broken after we put it together. Barb my salesperson took it back immediately and rushed a née one to me. When I went to pick it up David helped me and heard the story. He offered to put it together for me and then I could pick it up. When I went to pick it up Aaron had spent a 1/2 hr of his time putting it together. He wrapped it and gently tried to put it in my car. It didn’t fit. David was just pulling in and was driving a

This store definitely need sales training and employees with more common sense. Read earlier review about customer not getting any help. Believe me you're better off being ignored. The two that talked to me were so rude and dismissive I felt like giving them a piece of my mind but I knew they are so inept it would not make a difference. Better to post my experience. Was in the store November 25th around 4:30PM.
