Ruth and Chris are a great team. We discovered them while visiting an open house. Chris was very informative without being intrusive. We went after the scheduled open house and the owners of the home seemed to glow when I asked them about Ruth/Chris.
Ruth and Chris gave a comprehensive breakdown of the comps in my area and most importantly would state the facts of where they thought pricing should be without letting you feel dumb for wanting more than what the market was ready to offer. I met Chris at an open house he was hosting when I first began looking into buying a new home. He was outgoing and friendly, though not pushy at all, which is something I truly appreciate in any salesperson. He was also clearly very knowledgeable about the Katy market. Ruth and Chris are great Realtors to work with. When I asked Chris to come look at my home he asked when and where. The real estate market was crazy at that time. He made the time for me. Chris gave me the pros and cons on buying and selling at that time. I listened to his ideas and listed my house. My house got multiple offers on the first weekend during open house. First time home buyers here and overall couldn't have asked for a better experience and that's in large part to Ruth and Chris' efforts and experience. The area in Katy we wanted to buy was incredibly competitive and they gave us the strategy and tips on how to be successful and get the home we wanted.
