First class service by a first class company. Adelo Mortgage made the refinancing of my home a breeze. Obviously with Covid, the processes have changed and some of the moving parts caused unexpected delays but the team was always proactive in their communication and ensured I understood what was happening every step of the way. They were also very patient in answering any and all questions I had along the way. Keep up the great work guys!

Atif and his team were wonderful! We just purchased a home near Austin from out of state and Adelo Mortgage made the process smooth and easy. Instructions on what was needed were very clear, I was kept up to date on where we were in the process and they were always available if I had any questions. Atif at Adelo Mortgage was recommended to us by our realtor. He was flexible enough to meet us on a weekend and de-mystify the entire mortgage process. We had met a couple other mortgage lenders but we felt the most comfortable working with Adelo. We were on a tight contract schedule and needed to get our loan approved around Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The staff at Adelo made sure that the process was finished on time and everyone was always available to answer our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I spoke to a lot of different mortgage companies before deciding on Adelo. They were the most professional and easiest to work with. They went out of their way to answer every question I had. In a challenging situation, Adelo, (Atif, Kelli, Jeremy and the entire team) made our lives as easy as they possibly could. Due to delays in construction, my family was purchasing a home facing, what I imagine, are some of the most difficult combinations of challenges possible.

My husband and I just purchased an amazing home in Austin, and we could not have done it without the help of Atif Ahmad and his Adelo Mortgage team. We started the process with almost no knowledge of how mortgages worked or what we could afford. Atif took the time to meet with us (well after hours to accommodate our schedule), and he explained the process to us fully and in a way we could understand.
