Chris Lind, owner, is terrific. He does a great job. He is easy to make an appointment with, reliable, shows up on time, efficient, communicative about special concerns, and gets carpets and furniture clean as expected. I have had him cleaning my carpets regularly since 2003. Today was just as good an experience.
