I definitely recommend this place! I was getting the run around from my old insurance carrier, they were charging way too much and my agent was hard to get ahold of so I called and talked to one of the agents here and they were able to save me a ton and they were so nice. They combined my policies to get me discounts and went over all my options..it was truly a personal experience I'll be sticking around!

Given a temporary low rate then it's been increase twice the last two months without a reason. I cancelled my policy through phone call and email that I was given by the representative and they still charged my account. I would not reccomend this overly priced insurance to anyone.I absolutely believe this company runs fraud transactions. After cancelling my insurance, they still depited my account for double what I was oringally paying, and only got back a partial refund after doing circles to get back the unauthorized charge. I still have not been fully refunded, or have they been easy to get

Talked to someone on the phone about getting us a policy for auto, bike, life, and renters which is a pretty big policy. We had State Farm before and were pretty unhappy and just wanted to see if we could shop around and maybe find something a little cheaper. They were actually referred to us by my aunt Krista so I was excited. We were kind of in a hurry to get things changed over to a new insurance company as well . Not sure what happened but I called them yesterday for an auto quote for my mom, the lady said it would take her a few minutes to get the quotes ready and to call me back. I gave her until the end of the day but she didn't call me so I called them again....and again...and 2 more times today. Not only are they not returning my calls, they don't even pick up the phone....the lady that took my call seemed really nice....just not sure what happened from the time I spoke to her until now....I just need a quote! I'm trying to give them my business but they won't return my calls

The first word that comes to mind is EASY. That is what this company does - makes it easy on the customer. The employees are nice and friendly, and the insurance rates are competitive. I have insured my house with this company for 7 years now, and I just got a quote on my auto policy. Gonna make the switch!!!

Nevada Auto Insurance is really great. My son referred me here because he told me they were really good. They've been my insurance company for about 2 years now, and I've had no issues.
