The firm works with small businesses and individuals nationwide, providing income tax, incorporations and businesses service. We also offer non-traditional business services such as 501c3 setup.
We've designed a complete package of financial services for small businesses. We have services designed for the small one employee business and services designed for emerging companies that are growing rapidly. A part-time CFO can help the business make financial decisions, access capital resources and provide guidance on many other business decisions.
Your small business will benefit from having a part-time CFO. A part-time CFO can help you to make informed decisions, implement policies and procedures and give your business a complete financial tune up. Maybe you need more financial resources, a lower interest rate, an equity investor or better accounting reports.
A small business with employees must use a payroll servicer that handles the complete payroll function for that company. We have teamed up with a national payroll company that handles all your payroll functions at the lowest cost possible. You cannot afford to be with a payroll service that does part of the work.
Any business that sells a product in the state of Georgia must register to collect and pay sales tax. If your business only provides a service, it is not required to collect or pay sales tax. Yes, your small business must file a sales tax report monthly (ST-3). This is the default increment and most small business fall in the category of filing monthly sales tax reports.

Floyd Green CPA was amazing with helping me set up my 501(c)(3). Nicheal was very pleasant and easy to get in touch with. If she wasn't available someone else in the office assisted me, even Floyd himself. The process took less than two months. Setting up the 501(c)(3) was very important to me and dear to my heart because it is in memory of my son. Thanks!!!! Anisha A.

I've been planning to do a non profit for almost a year now. I did alot of research but the initial paperwork I wanted someone to do it professionally. There are alot of services out there, even cheaper. However, in talking with his assistant, extremely knowledgeable especially me not being in Georgia, sent me all the info, twice actually. Some things came up and I didn't get to her in a little over a month. First call I made it was as if she'd known me longer than one call, pulled up all my info and everything took less than a few hours, talk about hassle free! It's stressful enough starting a

I would be careful giving your money to this man I called in and after asking his assistant questions about their services she seemed agitated and she said she had to go because her boss was calling her in his office. Yikes! For customer service. I prayed before I ever called in that God would lead me away from Floyd if it wasn't for me and it's clear that I was lead away from him.

Very rude!
A little background: I called Floyd Green Financial Services about a month ago. I spoke with him and explained my situation and he told me that it would be $400.00 to prepare my taxes. I didn't have a problem with the cost. I asked how the process would work and he told me that he would send me an email. I received the email and began going through the attachments. I noticed that there was a spreadsheet attached that basically asked for a summary of all information tax related from the previous year. I called back and he said that I would need to fill in all of the required information

Starting a 501c3 was a new experience for me. Floyd Green CPA equipped me with the valuable information I needed to get my 501c3 up and running. I initially read a 300 page “How To Become a NonProfit” only to realize I would need help. I did not understand the 501c3 requirements and wanted to make sure that everything was done correctly the first time. I searched and found Floyd Green. What stood out to me was the customer service and their willingness to sit down and explain everything I needed from start to finish. I am very pleased with the services I received and will definitely refer others

Scam Job Posting
They are listed on Indeed seeking a Administative Assistant/ Marketing Assistant. I got an email for a interview however once I showed up the interview was to drop off my resume and cover letter. I stayed in the building no longer than 2 minutes. This is a scam and waste of gas because for me to receive a email I clearly had to submit my resume and cover letter to fit the job description. Please find better people conduct interviews because the lady that is in place now is horrible.
