I would seriously give zero stars if I could. Eli came out because my microwave was not working. I explained what had lead up to it not working (it worked fine in the morning and was not being used at the time it stopped working); he stared at the mircowave but didn't take the panel off to check the microwave IN ANY WAY. He checked the outlet it was plugged into and declared the outlet was the ONLY problem. AT NO TIME DID HE CHECK THE BREAKER BOX, although he did state that he did in his report. I asked him to plug the microwave into an extention cord and check it in another outlet; he refused

When our dishwasher stopped mid cycle and gave off an odor of burning insulation, we knew exactly who to call: The company that had previously done a fantastic job repairing our dryer. We were given a next day appointment, and were very happy to see the same technician as before. Nick's thoughtful diagnostics quickly pinpointed the problem and we were happy to hear it was an easy fix. Knowledgeable and efficient, we highly recommend Nick and this company for appliance repair!

I was able to get a next day appointment for an LG washing machine. The technician, Eli, gave very helpful information on possible outcomes allowing me to make an informed decision(and was able to fix the issue soon after). Certainly earned a customer for life with me.

We had all new appliances to install right and these guys were so knowledgeable and knew how to handle everything. They were also able to talk us through all the features and even gave some pointers on other appliances we are considering.

Nick came out on May 5th to repair ice maker and to this day, I've had no positive response for them to come back. The ice maker is still inoperable.Nick was very professional and accomplished,; how ever, the response to this problem was condescending from management.

Appliance worx is the best company I've ever used for repairs. Nick especially goes the extra mile and makes sure the customer is fully satisfied. He's knowledgeable, polite and very thorough.

Nick came out during our agreed upon time window. He was courteous, wore double masks, and booties. Every time he had to step outside he took his booties off and put them back on before reentering. Worked fast and was very clean. Answered all of my questions and explained the causes of my issues (dryer not heating). Would do business with them again.

Appliance Worx is the best. Nick arrived and diagnosed my wall oven problem. He was nice and friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and clean. He had the necessary parts with him and It did not take him long to fix my oven. thank you Nick. I recommend Appliance Worx hands-down.

We called Appliance Worx because our dishwasher was leaking and the dryer wouldn’t start. They showed up fast, fixed our dishwasher and dryer really quick. Now they work really good. They gave us a great price and didnt over charge. Very honest people. We will definitely call them again next time.

Honestly the best appliance repair company out there. Quick response. Every employee wears a face mask and coverings over their shoes when in the house and interacting with customers. I’ve had Appliance Worx out twice in the last couple of months to fix both my gas stove and drier. Very professional. Quality work. I have found my forever appliance repair company.

We gave Appliance Worx a call based on personal recommendations. We were able to get an appointment on pretty short notice when our refrigerator water dispenser froze up. The Tech was on time, professional, informative, and clean. After fixing the water line the tech preformed general maintanance and gave us some tips and recommendations concerning our aging appliance. Very, very helpful! I would highly recommend Appliance Worx.
