We ship all items USPS. All our packages will be sent parcel post. Packages usually arrive within a week or less from your purchase date. We use Square and PayPal as our secure payment methods, you can choose to pay either by paypal account or credit card. The credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

I had the most amazing experience at Twill Boutique! We stopped in just before they closed and instead of the expected, "Sorry, we're closing," Audra said, "come on in!" She explained that they were closed but would be happy to let me look around and try anything on. I explained how I've lost 70lbs this past year and I'm needing to replace just about everything. She was so excited for me that she started pulling countless items off the rack for me to try on. I felt like I had the VIP treatment as her and Kendall suggested beautiful items. I so appreciate the customer service I received from Audra, the owner of Twill. She stands behind the items she sells in her boutique. I purchased a sweater there that I had an issue with and she graciously offered me store credit. When I could only find an item 2/3 of the original item, she offered to make it easy for me and just refunded the rest. I love shopping where I know I am going to be taken care of if there is an issue with an item. I love Audra for standing behind the items she sells in her store

I was doing the Little Boxes adventure and stopped into Twill. I was pleasantly surprised by the array of clothes in such a small place and the relatively reasonable prices! I ended up buying super cute sweater top... I will be back if I ever need a cute dress. Would be nice to have more size L clothes, though :)

Pros. The staff and the owner are fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. The variety of apparel designs are also impressive. They sure do know how to buy fashion. I love how they always seem to have unique items and some impressive and locally made jewelry pieces. It's a small place so items are very limited but very unique.
The cons. Prices. I'm not sure who these shoppers are that say the prices are reasonable but in many cases they are not. I am not on a budget but I cannot bring myself to purchase a $170 dress that was made in China. Not that I'm demanding locally made items

A sunny day in late Spring '13, I noticed a new shop about a block my workplace on SE Belmont and decided to walk over and take a look. 45 minutes later, I left with a bag full of cute clothes and found new friends for life!! I can't say enough how much I love this store and the staff. The variety of styles and reasonable price ranges make it hard to leave empty handed. The owner and staff are amazing. They're friendly and know the stock incredibly well. I feel like I have personal shoppers every time I'm there. They are very honest about how things look when you try them

I love this little gem. Its not a fancy place, but tucked in a cute hood on Division.
The majority of the clothes are local and the price points are amazing. Not one thing over $100 and most items I spied and loved locally were betwen $40-50.
I love the southern gal that owns it - she is so good at suggesting flattering wearables. Sweet as pie and right on with her fashion tips.
There is local bejewels as well.

Cute clothes. If my bank account wasn't struggling to stay afloat, I would have been tempted by many of the local designers (including cute bags). They also have petite jeans which is a huge plus to me.
It's not generally super cheap, but my sister walked out with a really cute peacoat on sale for $30.

One little quibble: Twill gets pretty limited size runs, but I get it, it's a small shop. And there seems to be a lot of fast product turnover (I mean, I'm sure if I'd been here more than once I'd notice that.) And on the positive, you won't be running into anyone in SE wearing the same dress as you! Well, in your size anyway.
