We look forward to serving your entire family! Our team of dental professionals are lead by owner/operator Bruce H. Spivak, DMD, FICOI, FAGD.
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
A graduate of University Of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine graduate (1987) Dr. Spivak has been voted a topDentist by his dental peers consecutively since 2008. He was also voted a 2016 Select Dentist in Central Pennsylvania (published) in the Susquehanna Style magazine. He and his staff are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant visit and results that you'll smile about.
Connie Weiss, RDH has been a registered dental hygienist for over 30 practicing in Carlisle with both Dr. Spivak and Dr. George Palmer. Summer Trent, RDH, is a Carlisle resident has been a registered dental hygienist for over 10 years. Beth Lesh began assisting in 1978 and has loved the profession ever since.
Say goodbye to the dental impression trays with the putty and gooey dental impression material. Digital impression provide 21st century CAD / CAM technology which results in super accurate fit and contours. Our practice utilizes the Kodak Dental Imaging System instead of old fashioned dental film. Dr. Spivak chooses carefully which and when radiographs are taken.

I've been a patient of Dr. Spivak's office for a little over a year and I am very pleased with my experiences there. Ashley, the tech who saw me today, was informative, kind and did a great job checking out my teeth. Dr Spivak also saw me and gave me some suggestions on how to take care of my teeth. Overall very happy with my dentist and would highly recommend.

I had a broken tooth during the pandemic and no dentist. I called on Thursday eve6and left a message and Dr. Spivak called me (himself not a secretary ) on Friday and within the hour I was having a root canal. Dr Spivak is a great dentist. Dr Spivak has been our family dentist for over 10 years. Over that time he has provided routine dental care, emergency dental care, and when required, major dental restoration for one family member. He clearly lays out the treatment options and does not over-sell. We have never had an issue with him or his staff! They are experts at working the dental insurance world too! Recently I had a personal dental emergency; Dr Spivak responded immediately to my call and quickly scheduled and performed a temporary repair. I have enthusiastically recommended him to friends and family!

Dr Spivak saw me on an emergency call to assist with a mouth injury. Not only did he explain everything he was doing but took the time to show me exactly what he was doing too. Dr Spivak is extremely knowledgable but down to earth and approachable as well. He helped calm my fears regarding dental visits and gained a new patient for life.

Been going here since I moved to Carlisle in 2002. Dr. Spivak and Connie have been great with my 4 kids from the basics to more complicated dentistry. I trust this office and appreciate the level of service I receive. I also like have a dentist with such an extensive level of education and knowledge. I would highly recommend this office!

Due to a childhood dental injury, I had two front crowns which needed replaced. I was never happy with my smile and felt it wasn’t done right the first time by another dentist. Dr. Spivak was incredibly detailed and focused on getting the optimal outcome for my case. He explained everything thoroughly and valued my input. I am thrilled with my smile and wish I would have found Dr. Spivak and his practice sooner!

I chipped a crown, and Dr. Spivak fixed it so that nothing catches on it. His entire staff, including Dr. Spivak, are highly professional, highly knowledgeable, and very compassionate.
If I have an emergency, they always make sure to see me ASAP.
I very highly recommend this office to anyone who seeks excellent dental care. I have been going to him since he came to Carlisle, and will always continue to do so.
