Dr. Matthew Jones was born and raised in Effingham, Illinois. He attended undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. Next, he went on to study Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry. During his training at ICO, he was at the top of his class with accolades such as Dean's List and Beta Sigma Kappa Honors.

I’ve been going here for many years. The Dr.s have all been professional and explain things well. The girls help a lot in picking out glasses, fit, and insurance. The only thing I think needs to be done is lower prices for glasses and contacts, And the one exam that is separate from routine exam. It should be part of routine exam, especially if the Dr thinks it’s beneficial to have done. Otherwise very pleased with this establishment. Dr. Sehy is very thorough.

I 've been going to Dr's. Sehy and Jones for many years. Always treated with respect and prompt service. Never any problems. Actually started with Dr. John Sehy in 1966 and continued seeing Michael Sehy and now Brian Sehy in 2021 and will continue as long as I am able. Highly recommend. Office personnel are the tops.

Sehy and Jones is a great office. I couldn’t decide between a few pairs of glasses so they let me bring them home for a week to try them out. I have worn glasses since second grade and been to many offices. This was the first time I had this option. They are all nice and explain things well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Sehy and Jones!!

As always, my experience at Sehy and Jones was excellent. I was greeted immediately and was seen by Dr Sehy promptly . The exam was thorough and I was given the time and opportunity to ask questions. The process of my eye exam/testing was explained in detail. I have been a patient for years and will continue to be seen by their prompt, courteous and professional staff.
