While Big Ben's Locksmith has only been in business for a couple of years, I've been working in the locksmithing industry for more than 23 years. As a nationally registered locksmith, I provide everything from automotive locksmith services to residential and commercial services. For me, my love for the industry began when I was young and began doing cleanup work in a local lock shop.
I immediately took an interest in rekeying locks, cutting keys, and the fulfillment that comes with customer service. After receiving my driver's license, I was put in a service vehicle and provided automotive, residential, and light commercial locksmith work. Ever since that day, I've continued to test myself and constantly crave learning more.

Big Ben's Locksmith is a local La Crosse, WI, business manned by me, Ben! After playing a small role in the industry, I eventually decided it was time to give my community more than other local shops. Taking continuous training, I'm constantly learning about new hardware and techniques to bring to our area.

I was dropping my husband off at his work vehicle, and got out of the car to get in the driver's seat. Some how, between getting out and going around, the car got locked. my phone, purse, keys, everything inside; including my toddler securely buckled in his car seat 😭 It took Big Ben's Locksmith less than ten minutes to get there, and get the door unlocked, at 5:30pm. Besides the prompt service, he was so kind and understanding, and worked super quickly. I'll be recommending Big Ben's Locksmith to everyone I know! Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤

My fiancé’s key fob broke on his push to start vehicle. Ben’s was at our house within an hour. Programmed him a new fob and cut him two keys in a matter of minutes. Had we not found him we would have had to have the vehicle towed downtown to the dealership ($98 bc dollies had to be used since we couldn’t put the car in neutral without the fob), and then get charged double what Ben’s quoted us just for the fob. Thank you sooooo much for your help! I will refer you to anyone who needs a locksmith. By far the best so far!

I just bought a new car & managed to lock myself out while it was running & I was brushing the snow off of it. Everything was locked inside it - my purse, my cell phone, everything. I had no way to call anyone and it was -20 below with the windchill. Luckily, I had my house keys so I went inside, fired up my computer & started randomly Facebook messaging area locksmiths.
