Our Yoga teachers are trained to offer modifications for all students so that everyone may experience their own natural and progressive alignment of mind, body and spirit. Sun Moon Yoga is located in Darrington, WA. In a Hatha Yoga class, you will practice asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), with modifications to fit your own needs.
