Terri is a native of Atlanta, GA and currently resides in Hart County with her husband, Fred. One living in Charlotte, NC and one in Hartwell, GA. Clark. Ellie Clark prompts many weekend trips to Charlotte. Rachael graduated in 2009 from Gwinnett Technical College as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant.
Dr. William Morang is a native of Athens. He graduated from Tulane University in 2005 with a double major in Cell and Molecular Biology and Spanish. Following graduation, Dr. Morang studied anatomical sciences at the University of Georgia. During that time, he had the opportunity to assist his father, Dr. James Morang (a recently retired orthodontist of 40 years) with charity dental work at the Athens Nurses Clinic.
Below is some detailed literature on several of the dental procedures we offer. If you have any questions, please give us a call at the office and we'll be happy to explain. Fillings are done to remove decay, and replace the affected tooth structure. It is called a filling because new a material fills hole that decay left.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COSMETIC WORK!!!
I went to see Dr. Morang to fix a chipped tooth. Instead of bonding it he used a tool to shave the tooth down to make it even. He said he needed to do the teeth around it to help blend it in. I get home and the 3 teeth he worked on all have “craze lines” on them which are basically cracks that don’t extend through the whole tooth! One tooth literally has 5 with one going from the bottom all the way to the top of the tooth!!! My teeth look worse than before I went in and there is nothing I can do about the lines short of getting my teeth replaced or veneers

As far as visits to the dentist go, I've had nothing but good experiences at this office. Lindy and Amanda are pleasant and skilled hygienists. Dr. Morang and his assistants have done excellent work on my teeth for several fillings. The staff at the front desk were professional and attentive both in person and over the phone. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough GREAT things about this dental practice! My first visit was recently for a cleaning, the second for a re-construction of a chipped filling done by my previous dentist. Dr. Morang clearly takes pride in the work he conducts, not to mention how efficient he is and how well the team works together to get a procedure quickly completed. The staff is super friendly and personable, which is a added bonus to the experience . 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Morang was great. Really caring and listened to everything I was worried about. I had an issue with another dentist telling me that I need multiple cavities filled and I went to him for a second opinion. He told me that I didn't have any cavities and just normal staining. He saved me from have a lot of unnecessary work done. I will be trusting him with my dental work from now on.

If you are looking for a fantastic dentist, you've found one. Dr. Morang and ALL of his staff are top notch and super friendly. It's great to go into an office where it's obvious the people enjoy their job, their patients, and their co-workers. It definitely makes for a much more comfortable and less clinical-feeling environment. Of course the dental work is on point, as well!! You will NOT be disappointed here!!!

Hands down THE. BEST!!!! We recently switched our 7 year old here from a pediatric dentist because it seemed like every time we went to the dentist (even for a simple cleaning) we all left in tears because it… was so intense. I was already a patient of Dr. Morang’s but kept her with her pediatric dentist at the advice of other people (big mistake). Today my daughter had a fill in done by Dr. Morang and Sallie and the experience was AMAZING! I went in prepared for lots of tears, kicking and screaming, and anxiety attacks for the rest of the day but thankfully, that’s not at all
