Capital City Property Management

I don't recommend this company for renting. They lie about their properties and try to cover up all they can. They cover up mold and tried to say that the house was family friendly. They took our security deposit and tried to blame the issues all on us when we weren't even in the house.
As soon as you try and say something about it they call the police and have you trespassed and lawyer up. Be careful getting involved with this company, hiding mold and trying to bully people from getting help is wrong.
Still no response from them returning the security deposit they stole. Here are more updates

After managing my own rentals for a few years, I decided to give property management a try. I have been very happy with that decision, and the team at CCPM has exceeded my expectations. They take care of issues promptly, and communication has been stellar. It’s given me the confidence to look for more more properties to add to my portfolio, knowing they will be well taken care of!

John, It seems like you're one sided on the review. Not sure why you would try to play both sides or get yourself in something that is none of your business. Spreading lies and rumors is not becoming or a good look for a man let alone anyone. Thinking about renting from this company? Do yourself a favor, RUN! They are LAZY with a capital L. Phone is never answered, messages never returned, emails ignored, etc. They will gladly take your application fee though, but if you aren't approved they won't tell you. They way they do business is to simply ignore the potential customer until they stop calling.
Pay no attention to the 5 star reviews, most are from new accounts with zero other reviews. Which is a telltale sign of a fake account, clearly the owner and/or employees spend their time falsifying this rating.

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! Don't get trapped into their laziness like I did. Waste of time and money. Thinking that it's fine to move someone in a unit when it's dirty and needs repairs. There was move then enough time to get all the things done, shouldn't have to ask to have the unit cleaned before I moved in pure laziness. Rude customer service. Should've know better when it took forever to see the unit in the first place. Anyone looking for a new place to live needs to avoid this company altogether.

I wish Google would eliminate all the FAKE reviews this company has here. No worries, two can play that game.
These people are unbelievably unprofessional. Read through the low rated reviews, they tell the real story about this place.
They have no clue how to answer the phone, not even sure why they have a number to be contacted at since they never pick up. Leave a voicemail, and they don't respond to it.
If you apply for a home and you're not approved, they'll just ghost you and hope you stop calling. I've never in my life experienced any company to treat potential clients this way. Baffling

My experience with Capital City Property Management has been fantastic. The office staff has been accommodating and professional anytime I have spoke with them. Maintenance personal have taken care of any problems that has come up in a quick and efficient manor. Great job Glenna and staff!

I am an owner. My experience with this company was not good. Customer service, managment, and communication was an issue. We notified them a month in advance to discontinue services but when we went there to pick up the key, staffer told that Owner never notified them so nothing was ready so we had to extend contract. We had to remind them and follow up with them several time before security deposit was returned.
