Services
Margarita D'Angelo, founder and operator of Sotera Living of Brevard LLC, has been in real estate for more than a decade. She created Sotera out of a realization that there is an enormous need for a real estate brokerage that offers exclusive one-on-one personal service that focuses on making the best deals for each client rather than treating them as part of an assembly line.
Brevard is not only the nation's Launchpad to Outer Space, it's also a great place to live right here on Earth! Named for Theodore Washington Brevard, a Florida Comptroller in the mid-19th century and early settler, Brevard County has come a long way since 1848, when the first permanent settlement was established near Cape Canaveral.
As a boutique-style real estate office, we offer our agents 24-hour support, weekly training, 1-1 expert coaching and state-of-the-art marketing tools. As Head Broker and Owner, Margarita D'Angelo brings over a decade of experience to her agents and purposefully keeps her office small so she can guide every member of her team towards success!
When Margarita D'Angelo created Sotera Living of Brevard, LLC, she chose a name that would embody the mission of her real estate brokerage while capturing the pride she has in her Greek heritage. The origin of "Sotera" comes from the Greek god named "Soter" and the Greek goddess named "Soteria", who personify safety and preservation in Greek mythology.
So you have decided to sell your property. Before anything else, it is a good idea to sit down and clarify your motivations and draw up a basic time frame for the selling process. Why do you want to sell your property? Do you intend to simply find a larger property, or do you plan on moving to another neighborhood, school district, city or state?
