Back in early summer, I wanted to replace my two garage doors. I called around to a few places. Magic City Door was equipped to handle my door replacement. Others in the area stopped servicing the area. I am very satisfied with the doors, the service and the price. The office as well as the service technicians are very professional and very responsive to my calls. From the beginning of receiving a free estimate, to placing the order, and installation, the process was flawless. To be transparent, one of the lower panels had a slight dent. I took a picture and asked for the panel to be replaced.

I have nothing but praise for the Repair men that came to our house to repair our Garage Door. They were knowledgeable & professionals. They knew exactly how to fix our door, and they worked in a timely manner. They were courteous & polite, & answered all our questions. We had an appointment this morning at 8:30 - 9:00 to get an estimate for new garage doors. At 9:15, I had to send a message to see if they were coming. Response was that they were getting a late start and could I reschedule for later? Told them to forget it as they didn't have the courtesy to let me know they were going to be late. I had to initiate the inquiry.

These folks did a good job installing THREE automatic garage doors for me. The installer was a genius and did it all alone.
I can't speak well about after the sale service. My lights stay on all the time and it bothers me to waste electricity. I have to come back in the garage and turn them off manually.
I called and asked if a repairman could call me. I was going to see if I needed an electrician. The lady promised someone would call. Two more days and 3 more calls. Rude reception last time. My lights remain on. No one ever bothered to call me. They take paying clients for granted
