I had a repair done approximately one year ago. The plastic filler that was used has cracked and the paint is peeling. Their excuse was that a shopping cart had hit my car and caused it to crack. If I allowed them to repair their previous repair and paid them cash they wouldn’t report the repair. I can only assume that they were talking about car fax. Do yourself a favor and don’t let them work on your car.
