We had the front pivot axle on our Zero Turn mower break in half and split completely off of the axle sleeve. The guys at Kent's were able to weld it up and reinforce it to stronger standards than factory specifications. All of this cost us 1/3 of what it would cost to replace it with parts from the manufacturer (Troy Bilt no longer carries this part, so it would have to be aftermarket). We are very happy with Kent's and will be back.

Went here to get smoker built. Stopped in and went over the style and design of what I wanted. People were very nice, gave me a ballpark estimate of $900 and said I would receive a call in a day or 2. Two weeks go by so I call them and they tell me someone will call the next day. An additional two weeks go by so I call again and I'm told again that someone will call the next day. Four days go by and I get a text telling me they now have a ballpark estimate of $1,450. I respectfully declined and went elsewhere.

Had fuel tank built, 4 days late on delivery time. Welded mount on wrong end. Delivered a day late failed to install vent. Fuel pickup tube was made of 4 pieces rather than a single tube. $200 more to fix their design flaw. Then discover a hole in the rear lower back where it had a hole burnt in the metal. They fixed it. Now 3 install then drainings and removals, it works. Then first day on the water a weld cracks at the bottom and starts filling my boat with gas. Over $800 spent in fuel and installs/removals plus $400 paper weight of a tank and I still can't use my new boat. Chad isn't wanting
