I placed an order and was never emailed a tracking receipt or notice of sale. I contacted FACE,etc and they told me I did not place an order and my credit card was not charged. My credit card was charged. I began the "Dispute" process with my credit card company. I contacted FACE,etc again and they found my order and stated email was being sent for receipt and tracking. I never received it and I checked in ALL folders. I did receive the order but was extremely dissatisfied with their service
