Wilson Engineering has performed planning, design, and construction management for many different Wastewater Treatment Plant projects for the City of Moses Lake since 2003. Projects included two complete wastewater treatment plant designs. Wilson Engineering has been providing civil engineering and surveying services in the Pacific Northwest since 1967.

Wilson Engineering's mission is to deliver full-service, start to finish civil engineering and surveying for all types of public works and development projects while investing in our employees and community. Primary areas of focus include wastewater, water, stormwater, transportation, and site development for private, commercial and institutional facilities, and environmental engineering.
Services
Wilson Engineering provides a balanced mix of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Land and Hydrographic Survey, Comprehensive Planning, GIS Mapping, and Construction Management services. We provide these services to both Public Sector and Private Sector clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $750,000. The Project has an expected duration of 110 calendar days. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. A link for the meeting will be provided to all Planholders.
Wilson Engineering employs the most qualified and experienced staff of engineers and surveyors. Every engineer in our staff is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-In-Training (EIT) in the state of Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California, or Hawaii. Our surveying staff consists of Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) and Land Surveyors In Training (LSIT) licensed in Washington.
Wilson Engineering provides a full range of engineering services for water and wastewater collection and treatment projects. We represent clients through all phases of planning, design, and construction of new or upgraded water and wastewater facilities. As regulations and technologies change rapidly, we investigate what is new and innovate where appropriate.
Wilson Engineering brings numerous and varied experiences to meet the challenge of mixing people and vehicles. A transportation project must move people to their destinations "in the right way" - which may mean efficient passage or an invitation to linger. Understanding, predicting, and guiding vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian flow to accomplish the range of trips is essential.
